Warranty & Returns
All parts purchased from this site are NEW and warranted to be free from defect at the time of purchase. Some parts may have been removed from new equipment or larger assemblies, so they may show minor tool or installation evidence. Certain parts may have warranties that extend beyond the time of purchase; these warranties will be stated on the specific part pages.
The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. No warranty exists over the suitability of a part to any application, defects caused by normal wear, or over the correction of a problem with the equipment which a part is installed to.
The warranty covers replacement or repair of the part if determined to be defective at the discretion of Great Lakes Service Equipment, Inc (GLSE); and shipping of the repaired or replacement part. The warranty MAY also apply to a refund of the purchase price of the original part, but only in the case of customer request and approval by GLSE. The warranty DOES NOT cover return shipping for a defective part, or expedited shipping for a repaired or replacement part.
Note: defective parts that have been returned and repaired are NEVER resold as new parts on our website.

Great Lakes Service Equipment, Inc. (GLSE) will accept returns of unwanted parts within 30 days of delivery. This means if you wait 3 months before you return a part, you will not receive a refund.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS NOT REQUIRED. All returned merchandise must be received by GLSE in the same condition as received by the customer; therefore, proper handling, packaging, and shipping is required. Include a copy of your order / invoice and write a note regarding the reason for the return.
Accepted returns will receive a refund of the part purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used to make the purchase and may take up to 14 days from our receipt of your return. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
